Volume-based pricing, flat and all-in
Every job is priced by how much space it takes in our trailer. A single couch or mattress is $90. A pickup-truck load is $250. A half trailer is $425 and a full trailer is $650. Those numbers include the labor, the hauling, and the disposal — not just the drop-off.
Heavy items like concrete, tile, or soil carry a weight multiplier (1.2× to 1.45×), and stairs or difficult access add a flat surcharge. We quote all of that from your photos so the number you get is the number you pay.
Residential and commercial both welcome
We handle homeowner cleanouts — garages, basements, attics, whole houses — and we also work with contractors, property managers, and realtors on recurring pickups and post-renovation debris removal. The pricing structure is the same: volume-based, flat, no hourly billing.
For contractors who need regular haul-offs, we set up a standing schedule with consistent pricing so you can build it into your project costs.
Where your stuff goes
Usable items get donated — Goodwill, Savers, Habitat ReStore. Metal and electronics go to licensed recyclers. Only true waste heads to the transfer station. We try to keep as much out of the landfill as we can, and on most jobs a large share of what we haul gets a second life.
